Open Stack

Hey folks,

Mistral has several Wiki pages that rank highly in Google searches.
However, most of them have not been updated in months (or years in many
cases). I am therefore starting to remove these and direct people to the
Mistral documentation. Where possible I will link them to the relevant
documentation pages.

I have taken the plunge and removed the main wiki [0] page. The old content
is still accessible [1], just click on "Page" at the top left and then go
to history.

Over the next week or so I am going to read through the old wiki pages and
see if there is any information that is still relevant and move it to the
Mistral documentation. If you are aware of anything that is in the wiki,
but not in the docs (and should be) then please submit a patch or open a
bug.

After we consolidate all of the information into the Mistral docs I hope to
coordinate an effort to improve the documentation.
