Hi Kayobe team, As many of you are aware, we are making the changes necessary [1] to become an OpenStack-related project. This will affect development and use of kayobe in a number of ways. Storyboard We'll be moving from using Github as our issue & feature tracker to Storyboard [2]. See the Storyboard documentation [3] for details. We'll need to experiment a little to find a usage model that suits our needs. The project's home page [4]. Git The kayobe repository [5] is now hosted under the openstack namespace. We'll use gerrit for submitting patches, and will adopt the standard OpenStack workflow [6]. Changes submitted to the stackhpc Github repo after the transition will be rejected. CI Currently we use TravisCI for continuous integration. After the transition we'll start using the OpenStack CI infrastructure, including the shiny new Zuul v3 [7]. There will be a bit of a learning curve here, and it may take a little time to reach test coverage parity with TravisCI. All CI tests are currently run using tox, so hopefully we can leverage existing Zuul job templates here. IRC We've had the #openstack-kayobe channel for a few weeks now, but just a reminder that it's there. Please share any problems during the transition period in IRC and we can tackle them together. Thanks to everyone who's helped to get kayobe to this point. Looking forward to seeing where it goes next!
