TripleO team is proud to announce that we released Queens RC1!

Some numbers:
210 bugs fixed
7 features implemented

In Pike RC1:
138 bug fixed
8 features implemented

In Ocata RC1:
62 bug fixed
7 features implemented

In Newton RC1:
51 bug fixed
11 features implemented


Unless we find a need to do it, we won't release RC2, but we'll see how it
works during the next days.
We encourage people to backport their bugfixes to stable/queens.
Also all work related to FFU & upgrades is moving to rocky-1 but we expect
the patches to be backported into stable/queens.

Reminder: backports to stable/queens should be done by patches authors to
help PTL & TripleO stable maintainers.
