Open Stack

Queens milestone 3 has been tagged and stable/queens branch was created for
python-tripleoclient.

Some interesting numbers:
- 178 bug fixed (171 in pike-3, 110 in ocata-3 and 76 in newton-3).
- 9 blueprints implemented (22 in pike-3, 11 in ocata-3 and 13 in newton-3)

If we count by release (only the 3 milestones, not the RC):

- Queens: 628 bugs fixed and 27 blueprints implemented
- Pike: 511 bugs fixed and 37 blueprints implemented
- Ocata: 282 bugs fixed and 14 blueprints implemented (remember the short
cycle)
- Newton: 129 bugs fixed and 16 blueprints implemented

Good work team!
And as usual, kudos to release managers for their eternal help :)
