We also have pending releases for cloudkittyclient, blazarclient,
django-openstack-auth, swiftclient, and zaqarclient. Those are blocked
by the current infra issues, and we really should not freeze the
requirements list until we those libraries are released and we have a
chance to try to update the constraints list to include them.
