Open Stack

Dear all, 

Following our last exchanges, we had a few discussions regarding the OpenStack code base w.r.t the edge challenges. 
Our idea was (i) to identify a couple of requirements (from the simplest one, i.e. starting a VM at a specific location, to the most advanced one, i.e. interoperability issues between distinct cloud stacks) and (ii) to analyse how the OpenStack codebase can fulfil these requirements.
