Open Stack

Hi team,

I have been working on Zaqar for more than 4 years and serving the PTL
for the past 5 cycles. I don't plan to run for Zaqar PTL again for the
Rocky release. I think it's time for somebody else to lead the team for
next milestone. It has been a great experience for me and thank you for
all the support from the team and the whole community. I will still be
around for sure. Thank you.
