I noted that the config files still have to be downloaded, and dmsimard pointed out that conf/ini/filters files will have to be mapped here: http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack-infra/puppet-openstackci/tree/templates/logs.vhost.erb#n24 I don't know if we can just convert everything under etc/ or not?
