[openstack-dev] [kolla][project navigator] kolla missing in project navigator

Hi, effectively kolla-ansible is the deployment tool for container images,
and kolla the image artifact builder used by other deployment projects as
consumable.

In the project navigator wasn't kolla nor kolla-ansible, my bad for not
expecifying kolla-ansible as deployment deliverable.
