Hi, I particularly want to know the process of selecting Programming
Committee of each track. You mentioned that the Programming Committee is
"community-nominated" but there is no information about how to select among
the list of "community-nominated" candidates. If there are multiple
candidates self-nominating themselves, how to ensure the process of
selecting Programming Committee members is fair and transparent?

I asked that because I have an impression that the selection of Programming
Committee members has a significant impact on the final selected content of
the summit, and the final selected content has impacts on the visibility of
each OpenStack official project. It also appears that if a specific project
is not well represented on its relevant track of the Programming Committee,
none of the project-related talks was selected. I would wonder if the
selection process is fair and give visibility of each official project?
