More information on deadlines since we appear to have some conflicting
information documented. According to the published release schedule:

we stated intermediary releases had to be done by the final RC date. So based
on that, cycle-with-intermediary projects have until August 20 to do their
final release.

Of course, doing before that deadline is highly encouraged to make sure there
are not any last minute problems to work through, if at all possible.
