To my experience switching everything to Py3 in Debian, the only issues
were:

- manila-ui
- networking-mlnx

The Melanox driver will probably be dropped from Debian, so the only
collateral is manila-ui, which is being worked on upstream.

The other one that isn't Py3 ready *in stable* is trove-dashboard. I
have sent backport patches, but they were not approved because of the
stable gate having issues:

The team had plans to make this pass (by temporarily fixing the gate)
but so far, it hasn't happened. On the packaging level, this wont be an
issue for Rocky, and for Queens (which you probably don't care about),
you could just add these patches at the packaging level.
