Open Stack

Hi, 

From  Mellanox perspective supporting direct port in OVN is in the plan. 
One of the reason that we did not contribute this change to OVN was because of that OVN support geneve tunnel and not vxlan.
(Mellanox card don't support hw-offloading of  geneve).
 If you want to contribute please go head I would happy to review the code changes.
