[openstack-dev] [all] [oslo] schedule for Denver PTG is ready !

The schedules for keystone shifted a bit yesterday to accommodate some
of the developments with the Baremetal/VM SIG schedule [0], making
Monday pretty chaotic. Would it be possible to move the scope-in-policy
and policy-deprecation sessions to Tuesday instead? I should be able to
shuffle things around in the morning, pending the Application
Credentials discussion.
