We've just approved this spec. Thanks Doug for putting this together!
With this spec approved, we'll no longer delete EOL docs and will also
restore (some of the) Mitaka content back to docs.openstack.org/mitaka.
We still need help with updating the Ocata branch and (writing
a spec) and implementing badges to warn users about unsupported content. If
you can help with these, please let us know (and see the thread Flagging
deprecated releases started by Jimmy).
