Look at how the markup for the jenkins and power vm results posts are:

<li class="comment_test"><span class="comment_test_name"><a
rel="nofollow">tempest-dsvm-full-xenial</a></span> <span
class="comment_test_result"><span class="result_SUCCESS">SUCCESS</span>
in 53m 59s</span></li>

Those css classes are used as selectors by the Toggle CI code to extract
test results. The zKVM results posting is missing them.
