Open Stack

Hi developers,

I know everyone is busy planning for Sydney, but OpsMeetups Team is up  
for the next event and I like to raise awareness in the devs community  
as well.

The registration page for the next OpsMeetup Midcycle in Tokyo (March  
7-8 2018) is now open [1].

If you are new to OpsMeetup Midcycle, please check the wiki [2].

It is not a pretty page yet, but will update with more information after  
Sydney.

Please also join the agenda brainstorming on the etherpad [4]
This time, we are planning to have "themed track" on couple of topics,  
and your feedback is more than welcome!
