I'll save you some time! ;)

Go to https://launchpad.net/tripleo/+sharing (repeat for any other
projects the TripleO team has on LP) and add a row to that table for
the new LP team you've created with sharing set to "Private
Security: All". Also make sure the "Private Security: All" sharing
option is removed from other teams.

You may also see some rows in that table for individuals or other
groups who are subscribed to specific private bugs. These show up
with a sharing setting like "Private Security: Some" and can be
safely ignored.

Note that access to the sharing settings requires you to be in
either the Maintainer or Driver group for the project in question (I
don't remember which).
