[openstack-dev] Project on-boarding - are you going? What do you need/want to know?

Some of the nova team is on a hangout trying to figure out how we're
going to structure the nova project on-boarding session at the Forum [1].

We've got an etherpad started here [2].

It became abundantly clear very early that we don't know who is going to
be attending a session like this and we need some help from the community.

So do you plan on going to this session and if so, what do you need to
know or care about learning?

Are you an operator or an application developer? Do you have some
experience with openstack or are you brand new and you're being sent by
your company to learn about things and start contributing upstream, but
don't know where to start? Or are you an operator that's been running
Nova for awhile now and want to know more about how it works so you can
tweak it?

If you have any feedback here, please let us know (like, within the next
48 hours please).
