According to the poll, most of contributors prefer the option "Wed  UTC 01:00, Beijing 9:00 AM, PDT(-1 day) 6:00 PM". I'll submit a patch to update the weekly meeting time slot.

We's like to reschedule our weekly time according to our discussion, there are four options after some offline communication:

Wed  UTC 01:00, Beijing 9:00 AM, PDT(-1 day) 6:00 PM
Wed  UTC 13:00, Beijing 9:00 PM, PDT 6:00 AM
Thu  UTC 01:00, Beijing 9:00 AM, PDT(-1 day) 6:00 PM
Fri  UTC 01:00, Beijing 9:00 AM, PDT(-1 day) 6:00 PM
