I see a perfect fit for using the future TripleO Deployment guide that
we are starting:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/449684/

We're going to move the content from tripleo-docs/doc/source/ (only
bits for deployments), so you could start from there and push the bits
in the deploy/ foler.

What do you think?

Wait, the monitoring server isn't managed by TripleO right? So you
want to document how to deploy OpsTools applications (server side) in
TripleO Doc?
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
