Open Stack

Hi, all

while investigating periodic jobs failure, I mentioned a lot of Z processes
on undercloud:

bash-4.2# ps aux | grep " Z " | less
root     28481  0.0  0.0      0     0 ?        Z    17:41   0:00
[instack-haproxy] <defunct>
root     28494  0.0  0.0      0     0 ?        Z    17:41   0:00
[instack-haproxy] <defunct>
root     28509  0.0  0.0      0     0 ?        Z    17:41   0:00
[instack-haproxy] <defunct>
root     28522  0.0  0.0      0     0 ?        Z    17:41   0:00
[instack-haproxy] <defunct>
...
bash-4.2# ps aux | grep " Z " | wc -l
979

About a thousand same zombie processes. I don't think it's appropriate
behavior, although not sure it's the reason for failing jobs. Any ideas why
it could happen?
