The site seems up to me at this point, but we've been tracking
periodic outages of the service which come some days around the same
timeframe you sent your message today. At this point those of us
investigating still aren't certain what the underlying cause is
(logs don't show anything out of the ordinary, cronjobs on the
server don't seem to be consuming an undue amount of system
resources at that time, et cetera) but we're continuing to look into
it.
