[openstack-dev] [glance] nominating Abhishek Kekane for glance core

Wasn't Abhishek a glance core before? What a surprise for me o_O
I thought that he was just being modest and did not put -2 on the patches.

Undoubtedly, we need to correct this misunderstanding as quickly as
possible and invite Abhishek to the core team.
