Hi Joe,

Tempest is passing on this devstack change [1] which enables a
multi-cell environment. We're still finding some random things that need
to be aware of a multi-cell deployment and are working through those,
but at this point we expect to be able to declare support for multiple
cells v2 cells in Pike.
