Not a cinder core but I work there from time to time and Tommy has
helped out with features and bugs that overlap with manila, where I am
more active these days.

I really like the way Tommy spends time to understand -1s and improve
code submissions rather than getting ego involved or just arguing like a
lawyer for the original code. Good role model.
