[openstack-dev] [tripleo] weekly meetings on #tripleo

I don't have a particularly strong opinion one way or another (probably 
because I tend to skip most of the meetings lately anyway...), but some 
thoughts inline.

Most people idle in the meeting channels anyway, so +0 on this one.

We generally announce meetings in #tripleo before starting, don't we?

I guess this would preclude non-meeting related activity in #tripleo, 
which in my experience is a thing that happens pretty frequently during 
the meeting.  Whether that's a good thing or not is a matter of opinion. :-)
