Open Stack

We are now past the library release freeze, and all libraries should
have their final release and be ready for a stable/ocata branch.

The following libraries have not yet branched:

If you anticipate a bug fix release before the RC1 deadline of 2 Feb,
then it's safe to wait to branch until you get to that point, to avoid
having to backport the fix immediately. If not, please update the
deliverable data file in openstack/releases with the branch information
to create a stable/ocata branch.
