Just to communicate the current status, we've managed to clean up most
of the issues from the etherpad[0] and the jobs will be green shortly.
We had to disable designate for now[1], but the rest is green.  Thanks
to the Ubuntu team for addressing some of the packaging & dependency
issues we found.
