A new version (1.1.0) of neutron-lib was recently released. Among other things, this release rehomes the neutron portbindings API extension [1]. A consumption patch to use the rehomed code has been submitted to neutron [2] and once merged will impact consumers who use portbindings constants from neutron. While a patch for each affected project has been submitted [3], I only plan to shepherd those patches in [3] that target stadium projects. For all others (non-stadium) please encourage your team to help drive the patch through review. For more details on consuming neutron-lib, please see [4].
