Okey, I did these, it worked. I am waiting for 50 minutes but master node is still create in progress, and /var/log/magnum folder is emtpy, i can't any any log. For this on bash shell from root account just do: # magnum-api # magnum-conductor >From their you can see the ERROR if any.
