first action: EmilienM + bnemec to write a spec in oslo.config that
aims to generate a file (YAML or JSON) with all parameters.

Yes, +1 for Deployment WG. It's pretty clear that we saw more interest
than before at the last PTG in Atlanta. It's time to do concrete
things :-)
