Open Stack

You can give multiple tenants each their own subdomains and each tenant can't write to each others domains.

In addition, if memory serves, each tenant could have private domain servers too which only they could access but manageable through the same api.

In what sense is Designate multi-tenant?  Can it be programmed to give different views to different DNS clients?  (If so, how?)
