[openstack-dev] [fuel][release] Opting out of Ocata?

Thank you for keeping the hand on the pulse.

I am going to take over the PTL duties and we are going to produce releases
according to the wiki
<https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Fuel/Release_Schedule>. We are going to
have RC1 next week (around Feb 15). After that we are going to proceed as
planned for March 6th Ocata release.
