It's a upper-constraints.txt bump so I'm fine with granting an exception for that.
Howveer the follow-up patch to bump the minimum on global-requirements.txt is
too disruptive to take.
From my comment on the review:
We can't take this as it would require a re-release of python-muranoclient,
which inturn require a re-release of python-openstackclient which then quickly
Package : murano-pkg-check [murano-pkg-check>=0.2.0] (used by 2 projects)
Also affects : 2 projects
Package : python-muranoclient [python-muranoclient>=0.8.2] (used by 6 projects)
Also affects : 6 projects
Package : python-openstackclient [python-openstackclient>=3.3.0] (used by 25 projects)
Also affects : 25 projects
The knock-on effects are just too far reaching for this to be granted in Ocata.
