A meta-package that depends on python-openstackclient and all of the
known (registered with OSC) plugin packages.  This will get you
_everything_ that we know about, but may pull in dependencies that are
unneeded for many users.

Object Store and Volume.  All others are plugins in separate packages.

The 'openstackclient' package has not been released yet, the current
plan is to make its first release when OSC 4 (next major release) is
released.
