Hi everyone,

Time flies, and we are just 40 days from the Project Teams Gathering in
Denver. Time for a few reminders!


1/ Registration

If you haven't registered yet, you should do so[1] ASAP. Beyond securing
your slot to the event, it helps us planning for rooms and lunches based
on your days of attendance.

2/ Travel support program

If you'd like to come join your project team in Denver but need
financial help, our Travel Support Program[2] is still open. However the
deadline for applications is *this Sunday, August 6*, so don't forget to
apply in time !

3/ Visa

If you need a visa, it's getting pretty late to go through the whole
process in time for the event. Let us know ASAP if you need an
invitation letter[3] !

4/ Event layout

We are still finalizing the list of teams and rooms that will meet at
the event[4]. As previously announced, this time the week is split in
the following way:

- Monday/Tuesday: inter-team discussions on specific themes: workgroup
discussions, help desks from various support teams, discussions for
teams relying on liaisons like Oslo / Horizon / Docs, release goals
hacking rooms...

- Wednesday-Thursday-Friday: discussions within each project team to
coordinate the Queens work, solve pressing issues and start getting
things done
