I found useful to share this super quick status about TripleO Upgrades CI jobs:

# ocata to pike
Upgrade jobs on master have made progress, see results on

Once they are all green and not timeouting anymore:
- add them to promotion pipeline
- make them voting

# newton to ocata
Jobs were timeouting and we're attempting to reduce the runtime by
using more AFS mirrors:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/458474/
I'll give an update by end of Friday or next week to see if it was
really useful.
