Another limitation which is obvious but I think still worth mentioning is
that Tempest has much better coverage than the pingtest. Security groups,
for example, have been accidentally disabled in every TripleO version as of
late. That lets regressions such as [1] slip in. We wouldn't have that
problem if we switched to Tempest and selected an intelligent subset of
tests to run.
