Just a quick FYI for TripleO team:

Until now we didn't branch os-*-config projects but since we changed
the release model to release:cycle-with-milestones, we are now
producing milestones and RCs during the cycle.
Which means we also need to start branching the projects.

So starting from newton, we'll have stable/newton based on latest Newton RC.

Any question or feedback is highly welcome,
