[openstack-dev] [nova] Mirror issues with Intel NFV CI?

We've fixed the subnet pools issue and left all the jobs in non-voting for testing yesterday. There are issues with cinder volumes highlighted by tempest tests but we'll skip them for the time they're being trobuleshooted and we've put the jobs back to voting.
