Neutrinos, A this point, please consider the list of fixes for RC2 [1] final. We are no longer considering adding anything to the list unless it's critical and preventing merges. Zuul is pretty backed up so we need to clear the currently backlog before considering adding anything else. We have a WIP from which we'll release. Ihar and I will refresh it by EOB Tue Sept 27.
