Hello, A while ago we've introduced a new library called os-faults [1]. The main purpose of the library is to provide a unified API to perform different destructive actions in OpenStack cloud. The library can do service-related operations (e.g. kill particular service) and node-related (e.g. switch power off). The library have been already used in reliability testing [2] and is used in a new project called stepler [3]. If you are interested in reliability and destructive testing of OpenStack welcome to our design session at the summit, 10/27 (Thurs) 11:00 - 11:40. More information on the topic: * official docs - http://os-faults.readthedocs.io/ * os-faults intro - https://youtu.be/tawwDFWZL80 * reliability testing - https://youtu.be/9puoDd14IxU Thanks, Ilya [1] https://github.com/openstack/os-faults [2] http://docs.openstack.org/developer/performance-docs/test_results/reliability/version_2/index.html [3] https://github.com/Mirantis/stepler -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
