Open Stack

The voting has closed.  By acclamation the weekly image import sync will
occur as follows:

when: Tuesdays, 14:00 UTC
where: #openstack-glance
duration: 20 minutes

I realize this time isn't great for everyone.  Since #openstack-glance is
logged, I'll use "#startmeeting image import sync" and "#endmeeting image
import sync" to make it easy for those who may not be able to attend to
locate the meeting conversation in the logs.
