Thanks Nate. Based on further conversations and with the time change I
think what we intended was:

14:00 UTC

Tokyo:     11:00pm
Bengaluru: 07:30pm
US (EST):  09:00am
US (PST):  06:00am

I am fine with Mon or Tue.
