As discussed in the nova meeting today [1] we're going to have a spec
review sprint on Monday 11/14 (next week). A few things to keep in mind:

1. Spec approval freeze is next Thursday 11/17. We'll get in what we can
and may have some exceptions for priority specs after that if they are
close, but not everything is going to get in.

2. If you have a spec that's up for review, please be available in the
#openstack-nova IRC channel on Monday to answer any questions reviewers
may have so we can be as efficient as possible. If you can't be in the
channel, then please respond to comments in the spec as soon as possible
to minimize review latency.

3. I've started an etherpad here [2] which is a list of top things I'm
already tracking for the release based on discussions at the summit or
other priorities. I'd like reviewers to use that list as a starting
point and then move on to other open specs up for review once we can get
through that list. That list may grow or shrink a bit, but please don't
add your own specs to it. Ping me if you need to lobby to get something
in there.

4. Finally, we already have 45 approved but not yet implemented
blueprints targeted for Ocata [3]. We also have a shorter schedule and
fewer core reviewers for the entire cycle, so we're going to be very
selective about how much load we can take on so please understand if
your blueprint doesn't get approved for Ocata and try to help out with
getting the other things that are approved done. We can only take on new
debt when we pay off the old, or at least that's the idea.
