We have an ansible-based deployment project for Ubuntu. This is used successfully in production at our company, and heard about it is tested at some other companies.
It is aimed for the 'old-school' Linux admins, using .deb packages, and not forcing to put everything into containers (but does not prevent you to separate services).

It can be found at:
https://github.com/DoclerLabs/openstack

Since it is aimed for production use, it also contains a monitoring project (maybe it will be split into a separate repo somewhere in the future).

We would be happy, if we can add it to the official docs (of course after cleaning out our rather sparse documentation).
