Open Stack

The poll has closed and the winning time for the Glance virtual design
session on zero downtime rolling upgrades will be 14:00 UTC on Friday, 11
November 2016.  The virtual design session will be held in an on-air
Google hangout which should allow it to be recorded (though of course it
would be better to attend it live).

The link to the hangout will be posted in the #openstack-glance channel on
Freenode approximately 10 minutes before the session.
