Jimmy, I know you and I briefly discussed something else relating to
IRC and authenticating with OpenStack ID.  It has to do with infra
hosting an instance of "The Lounge" IRC client, as outlined in this
spec[1].

If that's what you were thinking of, I'm definitely still interested
in getting your view on whether or not integrating auth via OpenStack
ID is something you could help with :)
