I'll be on vacations from Friday night and back on November 22th, with
very low access on IRC / emails.
In case some decision needs to be taken with PTL approval, Steven
Hardy will act as proxy and point of contact for TripleO project.

I know this message is not required but I believe it helps in good
communications across distributed teams.
